As demographics continue to change dramatically and the need for talent increases, equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) challenges in the workforce remain tenacious and growing.
This workshop is geared toward health professionals at all levels and aims to help them navigate through EDI complexities, such as race, gender, disability, culture, and biases in the
working environment. It focuses on unlocking the EDI challenges by applying a
comprehensive, structural, adaptable, and stepwise approach. It helps the participants
to successfully lead their way on this bumpy - rocky road, and to advance their career
as well as optimise their performance within the ever-changing healthcare
landscape. By the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to understand the
dimensions of EDI barriers in the workplace and learn how to turn a foe into an ally.
